time flies....summer is over ....what I have done....? sux...just work and work and OT.....tons of OT ahead....always in short staffing....feel like I havent sleep in dark awhile....plus work night time makes me tired.....it is true with more pay but .....I want to go back to day shift.....really wanna go back.......need to sleep now, come back to work damn OT 2nite again....

終於都開始o左12個hr shift.....而家淨係返3日工, 不過返成10幾個hr工, 真係幾tired.....返早上7點, 做到夜晚8點幾先走.......d野係做吾完.....除左lunch break 同寫chart o既時候係可以坐低之外,其餘既時間都要企....真係企足10個鐘.....時間過得好快, 好似吾夠用咁........I try to make everything on schedule, 但係派藥好多時都係遲....唉......跟住又要做assessment.....之後又夠鐘派藥.....all of sudden, problems pop up....Patients又話chest pain, shortness of breath...palpitation......之後又要應付d醫生........攪掂之後又有一大推paper work要做.......lunch 都吾駛食la......做nurse都好大責任, we always are the one got blamed.....係好吾fair........

不過之前有一次係我疏忽, a patient with mental status change....佢好confuse同incooperative......不過我冇乜pay attention係佢身上, when doctors doing round 既時候, they sensed abnormality and had me check the sugar for her.....shit.....血糖得30!??......but she was not diabetics thought....D50 IV push.....emergency dialysis coz she is in 急性kidney failure....of coz...Doctors complain nurses didnt take care patient well.....唉........又係我錯.......It end up shocked me coz she got a code in ICU the following nite and pass away!!!!?? damn.....she is only 29 and has a 6 yrs old son.......but she has history of massive substance abuse..........責任..責任and 責任...it is what nurse all about......
